These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://copierleaseelpaso.com/ and all leasing services provided by Copier Lease El Paso, a local service partner of Clear Choice Technical Services (“CCTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By requesting a quote or entering into a lease agreement, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Equipment Leasing & Custom Quotes
Copier Lease El Paso provides business-to-business leasing for office equipment including multifunction printers (MFPs), scanners, and wide-format plotters.
- Quote Validity: All quotes generated via the Request Custom Quote form are valid for 14 business days, subject to credit approval and inventory availability.
- Credit Approval: Final leasing terms are contingent upon third-party financial underwriting.
- Configuration: The client is responsible for confirming that the equipment configuration (e.g., paper capacity, finishing options) meets their specific business needs prior to delivery.
2. The 2-Hour Service Response Guarantee
We provide a premier service commitment to our leasing clients in the El Paso and Borderland area.
- Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to equipment currently under an active lease and maintenance agreement with our El Paso branch.
- Definition of Response: “Response” is defined as the time between the client’s service call and initial contact by a certified technician (via phone, remote log-in, or onsite arrival).
- Hours of Operation: The guarantee is active during standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, excluding federal holidays.
3. Maintenance and Supplies

4. Client Responsibilities
To maintain the efficiency of the leased equipment, the client agrees to:
- Environment: Maintain the equipment in a climate-controlled environment suitable for high-end electronics.
- Connectivity: Provide stable network access for the initial installation and ongoing remote diagnostics.
- Access: Allow authorized technicians access to the equipment for scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs during business hours.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Copier Lease El Paso or Clear Choice Technical Services be liable for:
- Loss of business data, revenue, or productivity due to equipment downtime.
- Incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the equipment.
- Our total liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the malfunctioning hardware as per the individual lease contract.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the jurisdiction of El Paso County.
